Case Details
Smile and lower lip restoration in a patient with synkinesis with a combination of selective neurectomies and myectomies performed by Dr. Shai Rozen in Dallas, Texas. Patient presented 4 years after an even of facial paralysis that was diagnosed as Bell's Palsy. He had difficulty with smiling, eating, speech, drooling, biting of the lips, and facial asymmetry. 5 months after the selective neurectomies and myectomies were performed he had improved smile, facial symmetry, speech, and eating, with no biting of the lip.
