Case Details
Smile restoration with combined selective neurectomies and lower lip muscle myectomy performed by Dr. Shai Rozen in Dallas, Texas to restore smile and facial symmetry in addition to Botox®️around the right eye for her blepharospasm secondary to underlying synkinesis. She presented 4 years after an event of Bell's Palsy on the left side of the face and had difficulty with smiling, speech, and eating. 18 months later she has an improved smile, lower lip symmetry, eye closure, and facial symmetry.
